Technical principle:
Based on the principle of forced convection heat transfer, a bidirectional convection heat transfer system is constructed using a U-shaped closed-loop tube bundle structure. The medium forms stable turbulence within the tube bundle, breaking the limitations of laminar heat transfer, enhancing the heat exchange efficiency between cold and hot media, balancing the heat transfer coefficients on both sides, and improving the overall heat transfer performance. At the same time, the U-shaped freely expandable structure can adapt to temperature deformation, offsetting the stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
