Product Introduction
Product advantages: Compared with traditional heat exchangers, our developed internal finned heat exchanger has the following advantages: when used under gas-liquid exchange conditions, its volume is 1/4 of that of a conventional tube heat exchanger and 1/3 of that of a spiral plate heat exchanger, and its recovery efficiency is increased by 1.5 times. The pressure drop at the material inlet and outlet is 800 Pa, and the recovery efficiency is greater than 98%. It features small size, convenient installation and maintenance, high efficiency, and energy saving.

Technical principle: Based on the law of conservation of energy, the enhanced heat transfer method is employed to divide the advection material into small zones, creating a jittering flow. This allows the heat transfer coefficients of the hot and cold sides to reach equilibrium, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the side with lower heat transfer effect and enhancing water utilization.
