Product Advantages: Compared to traditional evaporation equipment, this falling film evaporator stands out with its remarkable advantages: it significantly enhances evaporation heat transfer efficiency, and with the same processing capacity, its equipment volume is only 1/5 of that of traditional tubular evaporators; the material flow resistance is low, and the overall pressure is reduced to within 750Pa; the steam heat energy utilization rate exceeds 99%, and the concentration recovery efficiency can reach over 98.5%. It features small footprint, low energy consumption, short material residence time, resistance to scaling, convenient installation and maintenance, and stable operation. It is suitable for continuous production of high viscosity and heat-sensitive materials.
The technical principle is based on heat conduction and phase change heat transfer. After the material is uniformly distributed from the top of the equipment, it forms a continuous and uniform liquid film flowing downwards along the inner wall of the heat exchange tube. The heating medium continuously supplies heat to the tube wall outside the tube, causing the liquid film to rapidly vaporize as it is heated. The gas-liquid two-phase flows downwards and completes separation. Throughout the process, the material flows in a thin film form, maximizing the heat exchange contact area while reducing the heating time of the material, balancing heat exchange efficiency and material quality.
The main materials used are SUS30408, 316L, 2205, titanium, and Hastelloy.
